Enjoying the cherry blossoms and birdsong. One of my favorite things to experience in Victoria is walking the streets with blossoming cherry trees. You get to know which areas bloom first and the different uniform colours that mark different streets.

I have favorite trees that I visit each Spring to photograph. Gorgeous shapes with blooms right to the branch tips that accenuate the bonsai-like shape. And later the blossoms cover the ground like snow, blown by fresh breezes. Even fallen petals retain beauty.
